Attorney Townsend has been far more than expected and I may be biased considering I have dealt with a couple of attorneys directly but even just interviewing attorneys to work with, Mr. Townsend has shown me that there are attorneys who truly love their discipline but also goes that extra mile to help his clients.
The first attorney I was paired up with didn’t reach out to me until almost a week and he may be busy or I’m not sure his situation but the fact of the matter is that Mr. Townsend reached out to me same day and during the process of taking care of my ticket he made sure he spoke to me on the phone which is rare with attorny in my opinion. Seems like he wants to keep you updated on what’s going on and he will email you and if you don’t respond he will call you which is awesome.
